雙橡園開發將「客戶服務部」更名為「會員服務部」，視已購住戶為尊榮會員，提供專屬優惠和權益，日前特別用禮賓車送住戶小孩上學，讓住戶大呼：「好貼心！」。雙橡園開發深耕七期重劃區多年，建案百分百銷售，而客戶對品牌所累積的口碑與信賴感，也反應在高達七成的回購率上。雙橡園開發表示，「客戶」一詞給人的感受比較偏向買賣關係，而「會員」則代表把住戶當成好朋友，更親近、用心經營雙方關係；雙橡園開發希望不只是賣房子，更努力營造優生活，落實服務，和每位住戶做朋友。雙橡園開發曾幫結婚的住戶在社區鋪上紅毯，讓迎娶儀式倍加隆重體面；在「雙橡園F1特區」內設有餐廳會館提供三餐，由會員服務專員駐點，細心觀察住戶喜愛餐點，並從聊天中了解住戶的飲食需求，依此調整菜單和服務。

雙橡園開發將「客戶服務部」更名為「會員服務部」，視已購住戶為尊榮會員，提供專屬優惠和權益，日前特別用禮賓車送住戶小孩上學，讓住戶大呼：「好貼心！」。雙橡園開發深耕七期重劃區多年，建案百分百銷售，而客戶對品牌所累積的口碑與信賴感，也反應在高達七成的回購率上。雙橡園開發表示，「客戶」一詞給人的感受比較偏向買賣關係，而「會員」則代表把住戶當成好朋友，更親近、用心經營雙方關係；雙橡園開發希望不只是賣房子，更努力營造優生活，落實服務，和每位住戶做朋友。雙橡園開發曾幫結婚的住戶在社區鋪上紅毯，讓迎娶儀式倍加隆重體面；在「雙橡園F1特區」內設有餐廳會館提供三餐，由會員服務專員駐點，細心觀察住戶喜愛餐點，並從聊天中了解住戶的飲食需求，依此調整菜單和服務。

交屋近一年，入住比率超過65%，已是七期入住速度最快的社區，而且每月在社區內用餐的人次高達800人次。特別的是，雙橡園開發還特別提供禮賓車接送服務，日前中小學開學，社區內一位媽媽正好坐月子，擔心沒法子送今年成為國小新生的女兒上學，雙橡園開發立即出動禮賓車，送這位國小新鮮人到學校，並陪伴她到教室，再發簡訊告知住戶孩子已安全抵達，讓媽媽好放心。雙橡園開發指出，「讓房子更好住」一直是雙橡園開發精神所在，這不只是指硬體建設，更包含軟體服務，禮賓車接送服務就是「用心寵客戶」精神的具體呈現，不只幫住戶接送孩子上下學，也接送住戶到高鐵站。雙橡園「會員服務部」正名，代表未來在服務上將化被動為主動，不只是接受住戶提出的要求，而是從平常互動中去發現住戶需求，適時提供溫暖的服務。(中國時報)，
