    　曾勇夫回應，南投地檢署已澄清，李朝卿密會的人不是他，各界應已經清楚這件事與他無關，但若壹週刊未回應及道歉，他將提民事訴訟，目前資料已準備得差不多，近期內會採取行動，但求償金額還不方便說。
    　他說，希望壹週刊刊登道歉啟事並登報道歉，至於損害賠償的求償款項，他會全數捐給犯罪被害人保護協會。1020116

    　ＤＩＣ（disseminated intravascular coagulation）是「瀰漫性血管內凝血不全症」的英文簡稱。嚴格說，

，ＤＩＣ不是一種疾病，

無氧化烤箱

，而是一種因嚴重疾病造成的全身性症狀。若未能及時急救治標，

，以及找出導致患者出現ＤＩＣ的原因治本，

    　臨床上最常出現ＤＩＣ的患者，

在浙江衛視《中國好聲音３》唱進16強的劉明湘，19日舉行「情歌唱談會」；適逢七夕情人節，她昨聊起往日戀情，難忘在紐約念大學時，交往３年的義大利男友，同年紀的兩人一度論及婚嫁，她卻在畢業後主動提分手，「當時不懂得珍惜，不想那麼早定下來。」她與義大利男友交往期間，對方是個非常浪漫的人，常為她安排驚喜；有次兩人走在校園，他突然要她幫忙從背包裡拿東西，結果是台準備送給她的iPad，她當下很感動。前男友日前已訂婚，她不覺得可惜，認為每段感情都是成長必要過程。

在浙江衛視《中國好聲音３》唱進16強的劉明湘，19日舉行「情歌唱談會」；適逢七夕情人節，她昨聊起往日戀情，難忘在紐約念大學時，交往３年的義大利男友，同年紀的兩人一度論及婚嫁，她卻在畢業後主動提分手，「當時不懂得珍惜，不想那麼早定下來。」她與義大利男友交往期間，對方是個非常浪漫的人，常為她安排驚喜；有次兩人走在校園，他突然要她幫忙從背包裡拿東西，結果是台準備送給她的iPad，她當下很感動。前男友日前已訂婚，她不覺得可惜，認為每段感情都是成長必要過程。

三星機情 上季淨利飆新高

    　三星目前將第2季營收寄託在最新上市的Galaxy S4手機上，無奈本周美國電信業者紛紛傳出延遲出貨的消息，原因是庫存不足以應付火熱需求。
    　三星投資人關係部門主管Robert Yi表示：「隨著中低階智慧型手機市場擴張，三星手機事業日後恐怕面對更激烈的競爭，而已開發市場的電視業績成長也不斷減速。」
    　三星在智慧型手機市場與蘋果的廝殺也讓公司陷入一連串專利訴訟，而部分官司招致的罰金被列入三星第1季支出。儘管如此，三星第1季仍在全球智慧型手機市場保有龍頭地位，反而是蘋果市占萎縮。
    　據市調機構Strategy Analytics統計，今年第1季三星全球智慧型手機市占率從去年同期的29％增至33％，同一期間蘋果市佔率從23％降至18％。
    　該機構估計三星第1季智慧型手機出貨量年增56％至6，940萬支，反觀iPhone出貨量僅年增7％至3，740萬支，是iPhone史上最低的出貨量成長率。
    　另一機構IDC資料也顯示，第1季iPhone市佔率從23％降至17％，三星智慧型手機市佔從29％增至33％。
    　iPhone需求降溫導致蘋果上季（3月底止）淨利年減18％，是該公司近10年來首度淨利下滑。反觀三星受到Galaxy系列手機全球熱銷激勵，第1季不但獲利創新高，營收也年增16.8％至52.9兆韓元。
    　三星第1季營業獲利年增54％至8.8兆韓元，其中74％來自手機部門。
    　第1季手機部門營業獲利率也從去年第4季的17.8％增至19.8％。三星晶片部門營業獲利率在第1季達12.5％，低於去年第4季的14.8％。，

「不能苦民所苦，那要政府何用？」台中火力發電廠、中龍鋼鐵及中科是台中市最大空汙的「禍首」！環保局105年將編列5000萬元預算，辦理健康風險評估計畫調查，邀請中研院與環保團體採科學、透明方式調查，檢視海線與中科附近汙染源，為民眾的身體健康把關。市長林佳龍說，市府與外界都關注空氣品質與民眾健康間的關係，這項爭議不能用「喊價」方式解決，應該要用嚴謹的科學方法瞭解；環保局明年度編列5000萬元預算，辦理龍井、梧棲、沙鹿、大肚、清水、后里、西屯區及大雅區等8個行政區健康風險評估計畫調查。

「政府要與人民站在一起！」林佳龍說，此計畫已召開多次專家學者會議，徵詢相關領域專家學者的意見；他要求主辦這項調查的環保局、衛生局，應邀請環保團體與代表性人物參加，共同設計符合科學的爭議調查研究方法，以透明化方式，讓大家集思廣益。環保局長洪正中表示，從現在到明年間，該局將與環保團體及專家學者開會研究一套可行的研究方法；這項調查涉及水、空氣、人體的採樣，樣本非常多，範圍也包括8個行政區，工作量非常龐大。林佳龍強調，如果研究結果發現，環境品質確實影響健康，就要確實管理並補救；若其他區有必要，也不排除納入第二階段的調查範圍中。(中國時報)，

脫胎造像粧佛 葉勇助拚傳承

，登錄成為台中市傳統藝術。要完成一尊脫胎造像的粧佛佛像可不容易，

，就要花3個星期時間先組合支架再封泥，

，如果基礎工作沒做好，可能在脫胎去泥時毀於一旦。葉勇助說，脫胎造像，就是漆藝裡的夾紵技法，先泥塑塑型泥作後，先以精湖加天然生膠成塗料，塗抹在綿紗布後，層層裱敷在泥塑外，佛像頭部要6層、身體要7層，直到完成後再將內胎脫除。有別於一般能夠灌膜、大量量產的玻璃纖維佛像，能夠一天內就完成3尊佛像；採用脫胎造像的粧佛可能3個月未必能夠完成一件作品，加上以生漆塗抹常使人有皮膚腫癢等，俗稱漆咬現象，使得學徒卻步，致有失傳之虞。相同尺寸的佛像，以玻璃纖維製作的價錢約3萬元，採古法的脫胎造像要12萬元，價格昂貴，因而一般寺廟也不願花費4倍價格去訂製高價佛像。葉勇助指出，這項技藝十分「厚工」，現在好幾年都接不到一件訂單，因而將該技法當藝術品創作，3個兒子中有2個兒子也願意學習此技藝，讓脫胎造像能傳承下去。，
