台中港區空氣品質惡化，長年煙霧迷濛；市府明年將編5000萬元，辦理中科、海線健康風險評估調查！（陳世宗攝）
「不能苦民所苦，那要政府何用？」台中火力發電廠、中龍鋼鐵及中科是台中市最大空汙的「禍首」！環保局105年將編列5000萬元預算，辦理健康風險評估計畫調查，邀請中研院與環保團體採科學、透明方式調查，檢視海線與中科附近汙染源，為民眾的身體健康把關。市長林佳龍說，市府與外界都關注空氣品質與民眾健康間的關係，這項爭議不能用「喊價」方式解決，應該要用嚴謹的科學方法瞭解；環保局明年度編列5000萬元預算，辦理龍井、梧棲、沙鹿、大肚、清水、后里、西屯區及大雅區等8個行政區健康風險評估計畫調查。

「不能苦民所苦，那要政府何用？」台中火力發電廠、中龍鋼鐵及中科是台中市最大空汙的「禍首」！環保局105年將編列5000萬元預算，辦理健康風險評估計畫調查，邀請中研院與環保團體採科學、透明方式調查，檢視海線與中科附近汙染源，為民眾的身體健康把關。市長林佳龍說，市府與外界都關注空氣品質與民眾健康間的關係，這項爭議不能用「喊價」方式解決，應該要用嚴謹的科學方法瞭解；環保局明年度編列5000萬元預算，辦理龍井、梧棲、沙鹿、大肚、清水、后里、西屯區及大雅區等8個行政區健康風險評估計畫調查。

「政府要與人民站在一起！」林佳龍說，此計畫已召開多次專家學者會議，徵詢相關領域專家學者的意見；他要求主辦這項調查的環保局、衛生局，應邀請環保團體與代表性人物參加，共同設計符合科學的爭議調查研究方法，以透明化方式，讓大家集思廣益。環保局長洪正中表示，從現在到明年間，該局將與環保團體及專家學者開會研究一套可行的研究方法；這項調查涉及水、空氣、人體的採樣，樣本非常多，範圍也包括8個行政區，工作量非常龐大。林佳龍強調，如果研究結果發現，環境品質確實影響健康，就要確實管理並補救；若其他區有必要，也不排除納入第二階段的調查範圍中。(中國時報)，
