近一年國銀人民幣存款承作餘額

人民幣無預警重貶，近年來被金融業視為「金雞母」的人民幣商品，頓時成了「金麻煩」！根據央行統計，今年以來國銀人民幣存款餘額淨增360億元，加上人民幣計價基金增加22億元、人民幣保單約4億元，等於有近2000億元新台幣慘遭套牢。人民幣高利吸金，今年以來甚至飆上年息4％，成為美元定存族外，國人存外幣的唯一選擇。雖然不若業務開放時瘋狂，但央行統計，人民幣存款餘額仍從去年底的3022億元增至6月底的3382億元。

人民幣昨日對新台幣匯價約4.9元，先前買在5元的定存族已先賠錢，但因人行出手突然，被視為人民幣將大貶訊號。會否引爆解約潮？金管會及央行都表達關切，並強調會「嚴加戒備」。國銀主管表示，人民幣是明星商品，即便近日高利定存年息降至3％，還是比新台幣高，台銀高層表示，昨天人民幣和新台幣雖然貶幅很大，但只是單日表現，以一天走貶討論是否續推「言之過早」，須觀察是短期現象還是中長期趨勢。行庫主管直言，匯損減弱人民幣定存收益，未來可能會轉向短期存款，高利定存商品不會下架，但可能把1年期專案改為1個月或3個月期，增加彈性、降低匯率走貶風險。中國人壽副總經理蘇錦隆分析，以收益角度來看，投資人多會選擇短期的人民幣優利存款，目前市面上人民幣保單至少6年期，多是定期定額投入，「每期都會遇到匯率高、或匯率低」，長期來說，風險會被攤平。(中國時報)，
