依據觀光局資料，2011年約有128萬人次日籍旅客來台觀光或從事經貿活動，台灣旅客則約有110萬人次前往日本觀光旅遊。台日人民在如此頻繁的交流下，不可避免的會購買或使用台日業者製造之醫藥產品，因此，如產品製造、運送或保存不當，導致發生不良品事件，將危害到消費者健康與安全，台日雙方應就不良反應通報進行合作，加強資訊交流與事件發生後相關處理機制，以保障台日消費者的健康與安全。

師承布袋戲大師黃俊雄的布袋戲藝師兼戲偶製作專家黃世志，在彰化藝術館舉辦「黃世志布袋戲～驚動武林展」，現場除了展出數十尊自製的家將與傳統戲偶，並透過影像科技進行互動遊戲。市長邱建富表示，布袋戲是台灣流傳已久的傳統戲曲，從野台戲演化到聲光效果豐富的金光戲，再走入電視，成為風靡全民的電視布袋戲，後來更結合數位科技與創新思維，讓布袋戲以一種蔚為時尚潮流。

黃世志布袋戲偶展 驚動武林

師承布袋戲大師黃俊雄的布袋戲藝師兼戲偶製作專家黃世志，在彰化藝術館舉辦「黃世志布袋戲～驚動武林展」，現場除了展出數十尊自製的家將與傳統戲偶，並透過影像科技進行互動遊戲。市長邱建富表示，布袋戲是台灣流傳已久的傳統戲曲，從野台戲演化到聲光效果豐富的金光戲，再走入電視，成為風靡全民的電視布袋戲，後來更結合數位科技與創新思維，讓布袋戲以一種蔚為時尚潮流。

，省時又不浪費。3人嘗試各種模式及食材，還發展出2層電鍋，他們並貼心地提醒媽媽：「不易熟的食材放下面，易熟的放上面」。愛下棋的四維國小劉柏辰，每回在棋局要見分曉時被父母叫去吃飯或寫功課，心裡千萬個不願意，於是想到把殘局透過電子紙連結至電腦儲存，忙完後再一決勝負。他說，這套自動化西洋棋，供手部肢障人士、老人、幼童使用。屏山國小柳如蓁、陳姿雅、康善妍則是見到家長常忘記孩子在車上悶死的社會新聞，發想「若是有警告系統提醒家長就好了」，於是想出兒童安全座椅扣環與汽車防盜器方式。她們說，不論是駕駛忘了孩子或自認會立即回到車上，未帶孩子下車，警報器會響起提醒駕駛及路人。發明競賽昨在夢時代舉行頒獎典禮，教育局長范巽綠頒獎給各組得獎學生。，

為全世界1500個城市採用的市民參與式預算，
，即顛覆傳統預算都是由行政部門主導，
，改由民眾自行號召、提案、投票後，
，主導政府部門編列預算促提案施行，
，台中市長林佳龍26日宣布，
，台中將自7月起開始推行，
，並將市民參與門檻降至16歲以上，
，預計年底前投票、發表成果，最快明年施作，預算無上限。市府都發局都市更新科長蔡青宏指出，只要設籍台中、年滿16歲的民眾都能參與提案和表決，提案範圍將先鎖定於台中火車站周邊發展為主，希望透過台中市民腦力激盪，為台中「城中城」提出好案子，好提案的預算問題則交由市府傷腦筋。然而如何將市民建議具體化？怎麼提案？如何宣傳？又該採紙本或電子方式投票？蔡青宏表示，目前都不排除可能方法，7月計畫啟動時將有完整施行辦法。台中電子街人行徒步區管理委員會總幹事劉修成說，有更多人提案，才更有機會尋獲到好提案；設於中區的好伴共同工作空間認為，市民提案必須對自己所處空間更投入關心，同時學習參與公共事務，給市民做主的機會；施姓民眾則說，非中區居民不見得會關心中區提案，像他個人就無感。，
