    　陳希同1930年6月出生於四川省，北京大學中文系畢業，1983年擔任北京市市長，任內經歷了六四事件。
    　六四事件後，陳希同1992年升任中共政治局委員、北京市委書記，位列中國大陸黨和國家領導人之一。
    　陳希同長期盤踞北京官場，因而有人稱之為「北京王」，被認為是鄧小平派系的人馬，因六四事件有功而升官。
    　不少人認為，六四後接任中共總書記、「上海幫」出身的江澤民為鞏固權力，1995年摘掉勢力龐大的「北京王」陳希同的烏紗帽。
    　不過，陳希同晚年時否認擔任六四戒嚴北京總指揮，同時也否認自己策劃反對江澤民，形容當年自己涉貪入獄是文革後最大的冤案。
    　陳希同1995年4月因王寶森案件引咎辭職。1997年，中共中央紀律檢查委員會決定開除陳希同黨籍，並撤銷黨內外一切職務。1998年，北京市高級人民法院公開宣判陳希同犯貪污、玩忽職守罪，判處有期徒刑16年。
    　博訊網之前曾報導，北京趕在「六四」事件24週年前將陳希同遺體火化，猜測中共當局計劃將他的死訊拖過「六四」後才公開。1020605

核一廠輻射水外滲 監院糾正

    　監委高鳳仙、趙昌平、陳永祥調查發現，

，核一廠用過核子燃料池洩漏偵測系統長期出現警報，從民國98年至102年，1號機及2號機用過燃料池洩漏偵測系統總集水量分別高達1萬5369.61毫升、4829.66毫升，而且多次測得銫-137、鈷-60、錳-54及鉻-51等放射性物質，但台電對於滲水原因認定不一，至今仍未查明。
    　監委指出，台電公司目前進行用過核子燃料最終處置計畫的第一階段，評估潛在處置母岩特性調查，不過台電仍未有效落實處置計畫管理，因此通過糾正案。
    　全國廢核行動平台昨天號召10幾個環保、民間團體赴凱到抗議，痛批現在民怨沸騰，政府還以軍審法修法為優先，刻意拖延核四公投案，忽視民眾反對鳥籠公投的聲浪，將串聯反核地圖，號召「10萬樁腳作伙來」，要求立刻停建核四。
    　作家劉黎兒、導演柯一正等藝文界代表，昨聲援現身凱道。柯一正表示，人民有免於恐懼的自由，政府應立即宣布停建核四。
    　另外，立法院臨時會上周因核四公投爭議，朝野立委因爭奪議場主席台，爆發肢體衝突，民進黨立委陳其邁因跌下主席台撞到圍欄，他忍痛數日才，昨照X光才驚覺左胸有2根肋骨斷裂。，

蘇迪勒颱風重創淡水河岸，造成淡水、八里自行車道逾1500棵樹倒，新北市水利局連日搶救，卻礙於人力、機具不足，眼看倒樹逐漸瀕危，13、14日號召民間加入救樹，響應民眾踴躍，兩日救了逾200棵樹木（見圖，陳宜加攝），整體進度已達9成。水利局主任秘書曾榮英說，淡水、八里自行車道長約38公里，風災過後傾倒超過1500棵樹，近日烈陽曝曬下，專家憂心倒樹恐撐不過周末，12日晚間緊急於網路號召民間出人、出力，擔任志工協助救樹。

民力無窮 八里救樹進度達9成（陳宜加攝）

蘇迪勒颱風重創淡水河岸，造成淡水、八里自行車道逾1500棵樹倒，新北市水利局連日搶救，卻礙於人力、機具不足，眼看倒樹逐漸瀕危，13、14日號召民間加入救樹，響應民眾踴躍，兩日救了逾200棵樹木（見圖，陳宜加攝），整體進度已達9成。水利局主任秘書曾榮英說，淡水、八里自行車道長約38公里，風災過後傾倒超過1500棵樹，近日烈陽曝曬下，專家憂心倒樹恐撐不過周末，12日晚間緊急於網路號召民間出人、出力，擔任志工協助救樹。

慢性病連續處方箋，依規定必需在上次給藥期屆滿前10天內才可以再領下一次的藥，應因春節連假，健保署昨日宣佈，如果民眾持有的慢性病連續處方箋上次（上個月）給藥天數的最後一天（藥吃完日期），落在春節期間（2月18日至2月23日）者，可提前自2月8日（春節前10天）起領藥。

彭佳慧生雙胞胎 找回姊妹淘趙詠華

　彭佳慧參加《我是歌手》打入了總決賽，在「幫幫唱」時，順子忘詞影響成績，彭則笑說：「我也是看播出的時候才發現她忘詞，當時我也很投入。」她說：「順子盡力了，在國外長大，要背中文歌詞本就不容易，那天她喉嚨也不太舒服。」盼外界多鼓勵，別責怪。，

外資進場 陸國片去年市占率史上最慘

　該報告指出，

，占國民GDP比重持續上升，科技創新成為文化產業發展的強大推動力。去年9月，大陸小馬奔騰收購了「數位王國」，未來可望把頂尖的影視特效技術引入大陸。與此呈對比的是，去年8月美國夢工場在上海成立合資公司「東方夢工廠」，成為有史以來規模最大的中外文化交流投資項目，也是大陸第一家中外合資動畫影視公司。
　此外，5月間國際新聞大亨梅鐸的新聞集團，直接入股博納影業；同樣在5月，大連萬達集團和全球排名第2的美國AMC院線公司，簽署併購協議，讓萬達躍居全球最大院線營運商；8月間，電影導演卡麥隆與天津北方電影集團、天津海泰共同出資的卡麥隆─佩斯集團也在天津設立中國總部。
　大陸隨經濟發展，必須向全球開放市場，在此大勢所趨下，國際資金湧入有助於迅速提升產業品質，建立國際影響力。但相對的是，以往接受保護的國產電影，面對外國高品質電影，則兵敗如山倒。
　該報告指出，去年是大陸國產電影最慘的一年，上半年僅占市場35%，即使祭出「國產電影保護月」等措施，加上年底公司與機關文化消費的挹注，使得《人在冏途之泰冏》票房迅速突破10億人民幣，但2012年國產電影所占分額預料仍創最大跌幅。北大文產院副院長陳少峰直言，中國國產電影票房，「都是體制保護下的結果。」，
