謝盈萱曾練過芭蕾，肢體語言豐富，幫助她在舞台上散發巨大能量。（張祐銘攝）
有「劇場女神」之稱的謝盈萱，讀北藝大時就已在劇場界嶄露頭角，至今演出超過20齣舞台劇，但仍謙稱是電視新鮮人，《麻醉風暴》算是她首部完整參與的電視劇，更因該劇入圍本屆金鐘迷你劇女配角。她以「跑步」形容戲劇演出，認為舞台劇像長跑，自我操控性強；電視演出像短跑，注重瞬間爆發力，團隊合作重要。從舞台劇跨足電視，她出過糗，指出舞台劇的麥克風掛在臉頰旁，講話得抑揚頓挫，中氣十足，而電視劇的麥克風別在胸前，她笑說剛接電視劇時，念台詞聲音宏亮，曾讓收音師爆麥，私下提醒她。此外，舞台劇動作需誇大，她先前拍《麻醉》時，有一幕需要在病房前躊躇不定，結果她繞了很大圈，還被導演取笑蝴蝶步，要她將動作縮小。

謝盈萱走蝴蝶步遭導演取笑

有「劇場女神」之稱的謝盈萱，讀北藝大時就已在劇場界嶄露頭角，至今演出超過20齣舞台劇，但仍謙稱是電視新鮮人，《麻醉風暴》算是她首部完整參與的電視劇，更因該劇入圍本屆金鐘迷你劇女配角。她以「跑步」形容戲劇演出，認為舞台劇像長跑，自我操控性強；電視演出像短跑，注重瞬間爆發力，團隊合作重要。從舞台劇跨足電視，她出過糗，指出舞台劇的麥克風掛在臉頰旁，講話得抑揚頓挫，中氣十足，而電視劇的麥克風別在胸前，她笑說剛接電視劇時，念台詞聲音宏亮，曾讓收音師爆麥，私下提醒她。此外，舞台劇動作需誇大，她先前拍《麻醉》時，有一幕需要在病房前躊躇不定，結果她繞了很大圈，還被導演取笑蝴蝶步，要她將動作縮小。

她在劇中角色，學生時代曾被同學霸凌，她指出小時候也有類似經歷，當時她特立獨行，不愛跟旁人打交道，看到喜歡的男生，會直接走過去對他說：「我對你是不是很好，你要不要喜歡我？」因此有些女同學會故意坐在她附近，朝她指指點點。但她認為這些記憶只是人生的一種過程，「會對人格個性產生影響，但不會因此一輩子站不起來。」35歲的她全心投入工作，已單身５年。對於單身，她只害怕「演戀愛戲時，忘記怎麼演出甜蜜感」，語罷，她笑說終歸還是在乎工作較多。★勇於求助，遠離網路霸凌，中時電子報關心您檢舉網路霸凌iWIN熱線：02-33931885；教育部反霸凌投訴專線: 0800-200-885(中國時報)
