八仙樂園塵爆事件造成近500人傷亡，有企業捐出2000片醫療級敷料，透過台南市議員林燕祝聯繫國民黨準總統參選人洪秀柱協助，請新北衛生局統籌運用，卻被部分綠營支持者批評是「作秀」；林燕祝說，值此救災關鍵時刻還被蒙上政黨色彩，對善心人士有欠公道。林燕祝表示，八仙樂園受燒燙傷人數眾多，普詮公司除於第一時間捐出2000片該公司代理進口的醫療級敷料，並緊急向美國補貨中。根據普詮的報告，該敷材在美國通過4級燒燙效用，可減少日後截肢及移植的可能性。鑑於燒燙傷的黃金治療期為48小時，該公司還熱心派員前往台北各醫院指導傷患清創及使用要領。

但因部分醫療院所對藥商提供的敷材有所保留，林燕祝也指出，經她請台南市衛生局技正查證，發現普詮公司捐出的愛喜瑞敷是衛福部合格通過的醫療敷材，可以供臨床使用。林燕祝還說，捐贈敷料因居間透過洪秀柱協助，以爭取時效，沒想到卻被綠營支持者指為作秀，她為此替普詮抱屈。林燕祝強調，國內發生如此大的公安意外，連國際媒體都相當重視，此刻大家應該一起發揮愛心，但卻仍有少數人盡說風涼話，並將企業的善意導向藍綠鬥爭，這種心態實在很不應該。(中國時報)，
