北市府昨表示，將開罰遠雄9萬元，並要求颱風過後，即刻將屋頂板卸下；還未卸下前，周邊道路雙向禁止車輛通行。台北市長柯文哲坦言，5月份勒令大巨蛋停工，曾想要求遠雄一併拆掉屋頂板，但戰略上有猶豫，怕給人感覺「故意找麻煩」，這就是典型的莫非定律，覺得怪怪的地方真的會出問題，等風災過後會把這件事處理掉。8片鐵片是在7日晚間10點40分自60公尺高的大巨蛋上掉落，事後測量長寬分別達8公尺、1公尺，其中1片甚至「飄」進國父紀念館圍欄內，好在都未傷到人。罰9萬 雙向管制通行北市副市長林欽榮對工地鐵片掉落大為震怒，除要開罰遠雄9萬，也要求至9日中午12點前，與大巨蛋鄰接的忠孝東路（逸仙路至光復南路間）、光復南路（忠孝東路至市民大道間）雙向管制通行。林欽榮說，如果今中午12點前承造人未能將所有工地內的圍籬、倒塌鷹架、帷幕強版、屋頂臨時固定的披覆片固定或拆卸下來，將繼續管制道路。北市府會成立「大巨蛋工地危機應變督導小組」全天候進駐工地，直到沒有安全疑慮為止。北市府考量大巨蛋整體屋頂板尚有92％未裝，曾向遠雄建議拆除，當時遠雄稱人力調度有問題，所以才先以固定方式處理。都發局長林洲民昨北市防災會報要求遠雄颱風過後立刻拆屋頂板。拆屋頂 遠雄難以理解遠雄企業團副總經蔡宗易表示，屋頂板有50到60公分厚，5月北市府要求停工時，遠雄大巨蛋曾向北市府報告過，大巨蛋驟然停工，地上物有些未完成銲接，包括鷹架、帷幕等，會有安全疑慮。遠雄企業團經理楊舜欽表示，屋頂工程並不包含在當初市府要求停工有關的79項工程缺失內，且大巨蛋工程還在訴願和仲裁中，此時要求拆除屋頂板，難以理解，也於法不合。(中國時報)，
