2年前風光開業,由法國LVMH集團投資的上海虹橋尚嘉中心,在不敵大陸景氣欠佳情況下,已確定轉手大型私募基金。據華夏時報報導,2014年底就傳出尚嘉中心要易主的消息,據了解,買家是私募基金百仕通集團(Blackstone),轉讓價格據傳超過50億元人民幣(下同,約250億元新台幣);不過百仕通與LVMH均未證實此消息。

外觀像隻巨大白色靴子的上海尚嘉中心,原由LV母公司LVMH集團和「澳門賭王」何鴻燊各投資5成,這是LVMH在大陸建造的首座大型商場。上海商場業者認為,尚嘉中心遭轉賣是因為時運不佳,除了所處的虹橋商務區尚需時間培養成為商圈外,商場開業不久就碰上打奢,精品業在大陸遭遇寒冬。尚嘉中心2013年開業時,曾因LV、PRADA等70多個國際精品品牌湧入而名噪一時,但去年淨營收僅2.5億元,遠低於市場預期。更壞的消息還有來自貝恩策略顧問公司(Bain & Co.)日前發布全球精品市場報告指出,大陸正處轉型期,精品業今年收入將年減2%至4%,匯率波動與定價策略導致對價格敏感的大陸精品消費者不斷外流。繼CHANEL、GUCCI等精品業者在大陸降價後,大陸高端消費者最青睞的LV母公司也將上海的商場轉手。大陸媒體認為,精品品牌在中國降價將蔚為風潮,昔日高高在上的國外奢侈品牌正「走下神壇」。,
