上次淺談了如何與時俱進的企業CP值新解，今天想再接續談談有些「CP值到不了的地方」。成本效益（Cost Performance）簡單明瞭，白紙黑字清楚直接，小從個人的消費選擇，大到國家的公共政策，「CP值愈高愈好」的論述深植人心，但有沒有一些人、事、物是無法被CP值化的？有，而且很多。

從個人層次出發，近年來的少子／女化趨勢，或許就是一種「人生CP值化」的結果：因為走入家庭所費不貲、生養子女代價太高，且多是「把錢丟進水裡」、極可能有去無回；乾脆只談戀愛不結婚（近40年的國人有偶率從57%降至51%），或是結了婚不生小孩（新生兒數量從40年前的38萬人／年，降至現在不到20萬人／年），從草食化變成絕食化，導致台灣人口最快在2022年開始負成長。從企業層次出發，缺乏企業倫理／企業社會責任的商人，為了追求最大利潤，工具、手法、途徑雖然各異，卻同樣成為黑心體系的結構共犯：通路業者拚命壓低成本，剝削人工與上架費用；大型廠商只顧節省採購支出，要求上游供應商「便宜又大碗」，出了事卻推說「我們也是受害者」；小型商家為了保住訂單，只好昧著良心使用價格低廉的合成添加物或是工業原料，反正「吃一點又不會死人」。從國家層次出發，為了不排擠公共資源與增加經濟負擔，歐盟國家由於難民配額問題無解，在地中海救援船難時躊躇不前；東南亞國家因為自顧不暇，無法收容更多海上難民或禁止本國漁船救人上岸；澳洲政府更與柬埔寨簽訂4000萬澳幣（約10億台幣）的協議，將滯留澳洲的難民轉介到柬埔寨，並透過官方力量，以一人5000美金（約15萬台幣）的代價，收買難民船船長掉頭回到出發地。人命如何計價？怎麼補償？一旦視CP值為無限上綱，就會發生上述般的荒謬情事，因為市場機制無所不在、市場力量無孔不入，一切都可以秤斤論兩、待價而沽，但這真是人們夢寐以求的文明世界？如果你也有所遲疑，請試著洞悉事物的真正價值、開始建立倫理消費意識、理解並聲援基本人權，或許就有可能導正愈走愈偏鋒的資本主義，守護你、我心中那個「CP值到不了的地方」。（作者為信義房屋董事長）(中國時報)，
