中秋節將至，山上農會田媽媽班所製作的鳳梨酥、芒果干，變成搶手貨。（黃文博攝）
台灣自從連續發生食安風暴後，南部農會出產的伴手禮，均有不會亂添加危安物的品質保證，由山上農會田媽媽班農婦製作的手工鳳梨酥和台灣芒果干，因為價格便宜，在中秋節前夕成為搶手貨，北部客戶一出手就是上千盒，農婦外快賺得笑嘻嘻。山上農會總幹事許弘霖表示，山上區也盛產鳳梨，因此大約10年前，該農會就成立家政班訓練一些農閒沒工作可做的農婦，並利用家鄉的特產來製作鳳梨酥，而且是採用純古法、不添加防腐劑的手工製作方式，剛開始，每周只製作一次，數量不多，只在農會超市和網站上販售。

中秋節將至，山上農會田媽媽班所製作的鳳梨酥、芒果干，變成搶手貨。（黃文博攝）
台灣自從連續發生食安風暴後，南部農會出產的伴手禮，均有不會亂添加危安物的品質保證，由山上農會田媽媽班農婦製作的手工鳳梨酥和台灣芒果干，因為價格便宜，在中秋節前夕成為搶手貨，北部客戶一出手就是上千盒，農婦外快賺得笑嘻嘻。山上農會總幹事許弘霖表示，山上區也盛產鳳梨，因此大約10年前，該農會就成立家政班訓練一些農閒沒工作可做的農婦，並利用家鄉的特產來製作鳳梨酥，而且是採用純古法、不添加防腐劑的手工製作方式，剛開始，每周只製作一次，數量不多，只在農會超市和網站上販售。

另外，今年芒果生產季節，山上農會也訂購高級愛文芒果，田媽媽們限量生產1萬包的無添加物芒果干，在中秋節前夕，也成為北部客戶訂購送禮的產品。大概從上月底日開始，山上農會供銷部的訂購電話就不斷，由於鳳梨酥每盒只賣250、350元，芒果干120元，特別是北部客戶，一下單就是上千盒，目前的訂單已經接近1萬盒，前來加班的田媽媽們，每天能賺個1、2000元外快，個個都笑嘻嘻。(中國時報)，
