台中市府開放清水鰲峰山公園烤肉區，烤肉後可到鰲峰山觀景台遠眺台中港美景。（盧金足攝）
中秋節烤肉有如全民運動，但市府20日提醒，全市除清水鰲峰山公園烤肉區及北屯中正露營區，其餘公園、綠地與園道都禁止烤肉及野炊，建設局將在中秋連假期間出動稽查取締，違反規定者將祭出1200元以上6000元以下罰鍰，民眾不要為方便烤肉，荷包付出慘痛代價。吃月餅、柚子是中秋節應景食品，烤肉也是重要活動，很多縣市還出現千人烤肉盛況，但市府為避免烤肉造成空氣汙染，或因生火燒碳烤肉釀成火災，在10年前即創全台之先，禁止民眾在公園、綠地烤肉。

中秋節烤肉有如全民運動，但市府20日提醒，全市除清水鰲峰山公園烤肉區及北屯中正露營區，其餘公園、綠地與園道都禁止烤肉及野炊，建設局將在中秋連假期間出動稽查取締，違反規定者將祭出1200元以上6000元以下罰鍰，民眾不要為方便烤肉，荷包付出慘痛代價。吃月餅、柚子是中秋節應景食品，烤肉也是重要活動，很多縣市還出現千人烤肉盛況，但市府為避免烤肉造成空氣汙染，或因生火燒碳烤肉釀成火災，在10年前即創全台之先，禁止民眾在公園、綠地烤肉。

建設局長黃玉霖表示，台中市所有公園、綠地與園道，只有開放清水鰲峰山公園烤肉區及北屯中正露營區兩地烤肉，26日至28日中秋連假期間，會動員在公告地點以外的區域加強重點巡察取締。市府強調，依《台中市公園及行道樹管理自治條例》規定，公園、綠地與園道內不得有擅自營火、野炊、夜宿、燃放鞭炮或搭設棚帳之行為，呼籲民眾守法。民眾如在公告地點外的公園綠地內烤肉，不僅會對綠地造成不良影響，園區設施也可能因此受損，一旦發現違規，市府將依法開罰1200元以上6000元以下罰鍰。(中國時報)，
