有62年歷史的高雄市哈瑪星老屋「湊町」，市府委由高雄大學創意設計與建築學系副教授陳啟仁（左）和專案經理吳涵瑜（右）等團隊改造活化。（呂素麗攝）
高雄市哈瑪星有62年歷史的老屋「湊町」，經市府都發局委託高雄大學團隊再造活化，改造後11日啟用，成為高市老屋活化再利用首例。市府鼓勵老街老屋活化再利用，祭出重賞，每案最高可補助外觀95萬元、室內35萬元及未來經營第1年每月補助1萬元，總計142萬元，市府補助7成、屋主負擔3成。

高雄市哈瑪星有62年歷史的老屋「湊町」，經市府都發局委託高雄大學團隊再造活化，改造後11日啟用，成為高市老屋活化再利用首例。市府鼓勵老街老屋活化再利用，祭出重賞，每案最高可補助外觀95萬元、室內35萬元及未來經營第1年每月補助1萬元，總計142萬元，市府補助7成、屋主負擔3成。

都發局主祕高鎮遠表示，今年選定哈瑪星、旗津、岡山老街等3地，推動屋齡40年以上老屋活化，目前有16案正進行會勘，鼓勵老屋活化是希望「找回海港的老味道！」，讓老城區再興。老屋「湊町」位於鼓山區鼓南街32巷10號，是二次大戰後，哈瑪星地區第1間2樓洋房，占地約42坪，閒置多年，7年前由住在附近經營茶葉的蔡文雄買下，向都發局申請通過後，由高雄大學永續居住環境科技中心主任、創意設計與建築學系副教授陳啟仁帶領團隊負責規畫改造，花10個月完成。陳啟仁說，「湊町」取自日據時期的哈瑪星核心社區名稱，也是高雄港開港後，在1920年代後發展出來的首善之區，「湊町」的用意在鏈結高雄市的歷史脈絡，也希望成為社區居民的客廳。改造後的「湊町」，外觀仍保留它古樸原貌，1樓提供在地居民公益使用，並引進2個工作團隊，分別是「愛木．湊町」工作群及玉騰建築師事務所，2樓屋主將經營茶坊。(中國時報)，
