暑假期間孩童生活作息亂,加上頻繁進出冷氣房,小心免疫力下降、身體抗議。醫師提醒,最近天氣炎熱,民眾在戶外滿頭大汗,又立即跑進屋內吹冷氣,忽冷忽熱的情況下,就容易出現熱感冒,且適逢暑假期間,不少學童熬夜打電玩、作息不正常,免疫差更容易生病。

國小四年級的小瀚放暑假來,天天超過半夜12點才睡覺,飲食、作息都不正常,經常汗流浹背進到室內後,馬上吹冷氣、灌冰水、吃冰棒,日前因頭痛、噁心、喉嚨痛就醫,診斷為熱感冒。家醫科醫師賴曉菁表示,溫度升高時人體的毛孔會打開散熱,但若突然接觸冷空氣就會立刻收縮,讓體內的熱散不出去,反覆這樣忽冷忽熱,加上熬夜、太累免疫力低落時,容易出現熱感冒。提醒民眾進入冷氣房善用薄外套,並要多喝溫水,幫助調節體溫。台北市中醫師公會理事長曹永昌則說,忽冷忽熱非常容易造成風寒,民眾應多注意,避免將冷氣開太涼。至於因高溫產生的中暑,輕微者可刮痧、喝涼開水;稍微嚴重一點中醫會視情況針灸、放血,或讓患者喝些清暑益氣湯。而民眾平常該如何自我保健?曹永昌表示,可適量吃些蔥、薑、香菜幫助發汗,因炎熱食慾不佳者,可用生薑、蔥花煮鹹稀飯,或是喝些解熱的葛根湯。提醒民眾,全身汗、熱呼呼的時候突然吃冰、喝冰水,對腸胃道和五臟六腑都不好。(中國時報),
