調查局航業調查處基隆站14日宣布破獲3件走私K他命案，共起出毒品619公斤，市價高達上億元。毒販利用木箱夾層，甚至利用進口越野機車把手藏毒，手法雖新，但仍不敵緝私犬靈敏的鼻子，全數都被揪出。基隆站調查發現，有私梟利用進口「廣告字體」木箱夾層、「拼圖」和「越野機車把手」名義，夾藏三級毒品K他命意圖闖關。儘管毒品均以拚裝櫃或散雜貨，由大陸經香港進口，但海關啟動緝毒犬在貨櫃內搜尋後，順利全數搜出這些毒物。

航調處在檢察官指揮下分別到新北市、雲林等地逮捕唐梓恩（26歲）、關浚宏和鄭承佑（37歲）和貨主周小寶（56歲），依運送毒品罪嫌移送基隆地檢署偵辦。其中，周小寶指揮鄭承佑出面取貨時，幹員早已布下天羅地網，守株待兔一次逮捕到2嫌，並查出他們是以進口越野機車把手名義，將毒品夾藏在把手內管裡，手法新穎。航調處幹員表示，這是國內首次破獲以越野機車把手走私毒品，也是最新走私毒品手法之一，共起出8公斤的愷他命。唐梓恩則是利用廣告字體的木箱夾層藏毒，數量達304公斤；關浚紘則是在拼圖箱內藏著一包包重1公斤的毒品，總重約307公斤。航調處表示，去年航調處查獲三級毒品K他命4000公斤，今年迄今已查獲2600公斤，毒梟走私愈來愈猖獗，海關和航調處保三、港警、海巡與憲兵隊已籌設專案小組全力防堵。(中國時報)，
