國道3號苗縣後龍高架路段發生6死1傷重大車禍，釀成悲劇的原因指向違規增加座椅超載，及最關鍵的是出廠13年老舊輪胎爆胎。苗栗地區的輪胎行，20日出現愛車人士換胎潮，小型輪胎行光是上午更換數量就超過平時的2倍，出貨量更達10倍。對於胎紋深度不足1.6mm，或國道上爆胎致胎皮四散者，國道警方公路警察局第二公路警察大隊強調，為維護國道用路人安全，將從嚴稽查、取締，依法可開罰3000元。

國道車禍怕怕 苗栗掀換胎潮

國道3號苗縣後龍高架路段發生6死1傷重大車禍，釀成悲劇的原因指向違規增加座椅超載，及最關鍵的是出廠13年老舊輪胎爆胎。苗栗地區的輪胎行，20日出現愛車人士換胎潮，小型輪胎行光是上午更換數量就超過平時的2倍，出貨量更達10倍。對於胎紋深度不足1.6mm，或國道上爆胎致胎皮四散者，國道警方公路警察局第二公路警察大隊強調，為維護國道用路人安全，將從嚴稽查、取締，依法可開罰3000元。

林姓輪胎行業者說，師傅從上午上工後就幾乎沒有停下手，前面的車子正在更換4個輪胎，後面就跟著有3、4部也排隊等候換胎，有人一口氣將4個輪胎全部換新，也有選擇先換2個。師傅也會示範如何從輪胎找到磨耗線，清楚掌握胎紋深度與安全性。車主說，因為看到這起重大交通事故的新聞後，得知商用休旅車翻落高架橋上的主因，與左後輪的老舊輪胎爆胎有關，實在太恐怖，因此提前換新輪胎比較保險，畢竟人命關天，大意不得。鍾姓經銷商平日出貨10幾到20條輪胎，昨天光上午就出貨100多條，幾乎是平日的10倍，研判也跟爆胎事故有關。輪胎行業者指出，平常1天大約更換10至20條輪胎，今天光是上午暴增到100多條，比以往多出10倍以上，業者提醒駕駛，輪胎只要超過6年就建議汰換，此外，定期檢查胎紋、胎壓，才能確保安全。國道警第二大隊後龍分隊長張恩豪表示，本月起對胎紋不足的車輛將加強取締，而罰款也從原來1200元調至3000元。他說，如果胎紋不夠深，高速行駛下，等同等著爆胎，恐害人害己，請駕駛人勿心存僥倖。(中國時報)，
