王哲彥從事資訊科技業，本行就是電池管理IC的開發工程師，在媒體上看到Gogoro的報導，馬上去看實車，和服務人員交談以及試騎之後，他很確定Gogoro就是他想要的，在他眼中，Gogoro是台非常聰明又好騎的車。王哲彥說，Gogoro設計簡約、保養容易，交換電池的方式最打動他，因為他最不喜歡的就是自己充電，一般電動車大概只能騎40km，而且3至5年就要換新，單顆就要5萬元，Gogoro不用買電池，只要付月費就可以換電池，很划算。王哲彥認為Gogoro的電能回充功能非常聰明，騎士可以自己調整電能回充強度，他試過好多模式發現，在最強的回充模式下，例如遇到紅燈放油門滑行時，速度降到40km以下就能明顯感受到有如引擎煞車般的阻力，表示Gogoro正在回充電力，他也發現如果騎乘時間中，有10%以上是使用回充的電能，就會得到1枚「補血」勳章。(中國時報)
